These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of solc.co (the "Site"), operated by Sons of Liberty Construction Inc. ("SOLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

SOLC is a commercial and industrial construction company providing construction, maintenance, and decommissioning services. The Site describes our capabilities, experience, and services, and provides a means to contact us. It is informational.

2. No Offer, Bid, or Professional Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, bid, proposal, quotation, or commitment to perform work, nor does it create a contract between you and SOLC. Any work SOLC performs is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and the terms of that agreement control.

The Sons of Liberty Construction name and logo are our marks and may not be used without our prior written permission.

You may view and print Site content for your own internal, non-commercial reference. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, or republication — requires our prior written consent.

Some imagery may depict client facilities, third-party equipment, or third-party marks, which remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Submissions and Communications

Information you submit through the Site — including contact-form enquiries, requests for proposals, and job applications — is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not send confidential, proprietary, or trade-secret information through the Site. Submissions made through the Site are not subject to any obligation of confidentiality unless we have signed a separate written confidentiality agreement with you. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00).

This section applies to the Site only. It does not limit, modify, or affect the rights and obligations under any separate written agreement between SOLC and a client, vendor, or subcontractor.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and applies to use of the Site after that date. Please review periodically.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and SOLC regarding the Site.
